3. Complaint Resolution Process

Once you’ve initiated a return or replacement, our team will guide you through the following steps:

a. Product Guidance

If necessary, we will provide guidance on using the product to ensure you are familiar with its features and functionalities.

b. Assessment of the Product

Our team will evaluate the returned product to determine the next steps:

4. Replacement and Refund Processing
